We are currently recruiting a Sales/Business Development Executive for our client, a modern, innovative, and people-focused air conditioning contractor. The role will be mainly fieldwork in London and the East of England.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the generation of new business and cultivating robust client relationships, focusing on the sale of HVAC equipment and services in the dynamic markets of London and the East of England.

  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to identify and pursue fresh business opportunities, showcasing resilience during fieldwork. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a highly competitive market and are committed to closing deals.
  • Foster and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are not only met but consistently exceeded.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with various company departments to guarantee the delivery of projects at the pinnacle of quality.
  • Conduct on-site visits to comprehensively assess client requirements and offer expert recommendations regarding HVAC equipment and services.
  • Craft and present compelling proposals and quotes to clients, emphasizing the distinct advantages of our company’s products and services.
  • Engage in negotiations for contracts and pricing with clients, aiming for mutual satisfaction with the terms of the agreement.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to network and effectively promote the company’s array of services.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and client interactions, ensuring accurate and organized paperwork filing.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 10 years of HVAC sales experience, showcasing a robust history in acquiring and managing client relationships.
  • Possesses an extensive industry network, adept at leveraging connections to drive new business.
  • Demonstrated capability in identifying and pursuing fresh business opportunities through strategic development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Holds a clean driving license.
